By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. AI accuracy
Calorie and nutrient estimates are generated by AI and may not be exact. This app is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Do not rely solely on these estimates for medical decisions.
3. Health & calorie estimates
TDEE and calorie recommendations are calculated using standard population formulas (such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation) based on the body stats you provide. These are general estimates only. Individual metabolic rates differ significantly based on genetics, medical conditions, medications, and other factors. This app does not provide personalised medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical condition.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, to submit harmful content, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service.
6. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed through the app store platform. Cancellation and refund policies follow the respective platform's terms (Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not process payments directly.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abuse of the service.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
