Delete Your Account

ROSÉ Calorie Scanner  ·  All data is permanently removed upon deletion

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the ROSÉ Calorie Scanner app
  2. Tap the Settings tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
  4. Confirm when prompted — deletion is immediate

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account manually within 7 days:

Include the email address associated with your account in your message.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All food log entries and scan history
  • Your goals, profile settings, and preferences
  • Any stored device tokens or session data
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

Data that may be retained

Anonymised aggregate analytics (no personal identifiers) may be retained for service improvement. Billing records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
