Delete Your Account

How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your JuggleStar account and all associated data by emailing us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request.

What gets deleted

1. Your account and email address
2. All juggling session history and scores
3. All badges and progress data
4. All child player profiles linked to your account

What is not deleted

Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g. total app sessions) that cannot be linked back to you are retained for service improvement purposes.

Timeframe

All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings before requesting account deletion.
